Ms. Rossi has over twenty-five years of experience with HR One providing support and assistance to clients of all sizes and industries. Since joining HR One, Ms. Rossi has successfully developed and implemented thousands of human resource projects, including: comprehensive employee handbooks, job descriptions, summary plan descriptions, wage and salary administration, and performance appraisal systems.
Ms. Rossi services clients with a variety of human resource administrative responsibilities such as benefits administration, maintaining employee personnel files, setting up and participating in the interview process, handling employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
She advises clients with human resource expertise on issues of federal and state employment compliance, communications, corrective discipline, and employment best practices. Ms. Rossi coordinates the development and design of all master products and marketing materials and oversees the HR One website and HR eNews, an online publication distributed to over 4,000 human resource and business professionals.
