Robert began his business career with 3M Business Products which included sales and sales management for seven years. Bob founded HR One Consulting, Inc. in 1986, a full service human resource consulting and payroll firm servicing hundreds of employers. Prior to starting HR One, he was co-owner of a national human resource consulting firm for eight years.
Robert has been certified by the National Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Bob is an expert in employment compliance and has represented employers in both federal and state claims and appeal processes.
Robert’s HR expertise includes strategic planning, compensation design, performance management, interviewing, hiring, organizational staffing analysis, policy/procedure development, managed separations, and supervisory training.
