Kristin brings experience in payroll, HR, sales, and small business ownership to her role at HR One. She previously worked as a payroll specialist and HR contact for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office. She spent three years in sales with Colonial Benefits, earning Sales Representative of the Year in 2022. Earlier in her career, she successfully built and managed her own cleaning business. At HR One, Kristin focuses on developing client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and connecting employers with the right HR and payroll solutions. She is a NYS Notary Public and holds a NYS Health & Life Insurance License.
