Manager of HR Administration
Terri joined HR One in 1995 and provides support and assistance to HR One clients including developing employee handbooks, job descriptions, wage and salary administration, performance appraisal systems, and employee records.
She advises clients with human resource expertise on issues of federal and state compliance, communications, corrective discipline, and employment best practices. Terri coordinates the development and design of all master products and marketing materials and oversees HR One's website and HR eNews, a biweekly HR resource that is distributed to over 4,000 HR and business professionals.
Prior to joining HR One, Terri worked for eight years as a graphic artist for Contental Information Systems (CIS). Terri is a graduate of SUNY Morrisville.
