Paul Banuski has been part of HR One since 2014 and brings experience in human resources consulting, marketing, training, and database management. Over the years, he has worked with hundreds of organizations to develop HR policies, implement best practices, and navigate workplace compliance issues, while also delivering training programs on a variety of HR topics. At HR One, Paul oversees the company’s marketing and branding strategy, including website management, social media, advertising campaigns, and client communications. He also manages HR One’s Zoho CRM database systems and reporting processes to support marketing, operations, and business development initiatives. Paul is responsible for creating HR One’s HR eNews compliance updates and educational content. He completed the Owner/Executive Leadership program through Catalyst Leadership Dynamics and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Syracuse Executives Association. |
