Business Development Manager
Mr. Finizio has had an extensive background in business-to-business sales for many years. As the Business Development Manager at HR One, Mr. Finizio’s responsibilities are to consult with clients of various sizes in all industries to analyze their business needs and determine areas of improvement.
Prior to joining HR One, Mr. Finizio’s experience included industrial sales with Lawson Products and Fastenal, where he acquired vast knowledge in the field of sales and marketing. While at Fastenal Mr. Finizio was recognized as one of the top 5% salespersons in the nation, number one regionally, and, top ten regionally for three consecutive years. In addition to Mr. Finizio’s twelve years of extensive work in sales, he is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Mr. Finizio is a member of the Syracuse Executives Association, a Master Freemason, and an active member at Auburn Lodge # 124.
