Laurlyn brings more than 20 years of staffing, recruiting, and human resources experience to HR One. Prior to joining the company, she held leadership roles with Amazon and Adecco Staffing, where she specialized in high-volume recruiting, workforce management, employee relations, and branch operations. At Amazon, she supported staffing and HR initiatives across multiple sites throughout Upstate New York and Pennsylvania. During her tenure with Adecco, she managed a multi-million-dollar branch operation serving clients across a wide regional territory.
At HR One, Laurlyn focuses on helping clients identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, manage the hiring process, and build strong workplace teams through effective recruiting strategies and relationship management. She holds an Adecco Staffing Sales Certification and earned multiple top-performance recognitions throughout her career for leadership, recruiting performance, and employee engagement.
