Business Development Manager, Sr. Human Resources Consultant
Danielle has 16 years of human resource management and consulting experience.
Danielle’s work experience includes, Training and Development Manager for Bridgestone Hosepower, Human Resource Administrator for ESCO Turbine Technologies/CPP, Human Resources Assistant Intern for Eric Mower and Associates, and Training and Development Manager for Pascale Wine Bar and Restaurant. Danielle's HR responsibilities included talent acquisition, new employee orientation, HR records management, compliance with federal and state employment regulations, and employee training and development.
As a member of our Senior HR Consulting Team, Danielle has developed comprehensive employee handbooks, created and implemented training programs, conducted formal investigations on federal and state claims filed by employees, responded to numerous Human Rights complaints on behalf of her clients and ensured compliant HR practices. In her HR leadership roles, she has had direct hands-on experience in all functional aspects of HR Management including, employee training/development, recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration, strategic planning, I-9 Audits, development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, providing effective corrective discipline and employee relations.
In addition to her consulting practice, Danielle is responsible for sales and new business, and can help answer any questions on HR One products and services, from employee handbooks to payroll.
Danielle holds an Associate of Occupational Studies in Human Resource Management from Bryant and Stratton has taken several Business Management and Human Resource Management courses at SUNY Oswego. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
