HR One, a premier full-service payroll and human resource consulting firm located in CNY, seeks an experienced and talented Human Resources professional to join our outstanding consulting team. We are looking for someone located west of Syracuse and may have to travel to accounts near Rochester.
This is a part-time position with the strong potential for full-time.
As a Senior Human Resources Consultant, you will provide guidance, leadership, and direction to business owners and managers regarding HR strategic planning, practices, policies, and procedures.
To be successful in this position, you must:
A BS degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required; SPHR certification is preferred. Must have a minimum of 5-10 years human resources generalist experience with 5 years in an HR management role. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have strong knowledge of NYS and Federal employment laws. You must have a valid NYS Driver license, reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to client locations.
