Client Implementation Specialist - Auburn, NY

We are currently looking for a Client Implementation Specialist to play a pivotal role in helping us to provide excellent service to our growing payroll client base.

New client implementation is at the crux of our business. It’s the key to lasting client satisfaction and retention. Job Description

Inputs client's company and employee personal data and assists with verification of new client information. Instrumental in the initial data loading for our client's employee's information such as their personal information, payroll tax information, direct deposit, deductions and any data needed to initially set up and maintain client records.

  • Inputs and loads any required employee payroll information or personal employee information into the Payentry database so that clients can process their payroll.
  • Audits employee records such as direct deposit, payroll deductions, and personal information to ensure accuracy of the load information into the Payentry system.
  • Balance QTD/YTD wages and deductions and any related information to accurately reconcile client data as it is being loaded.
  • Serve as the client's primary point of contact for any questions regarding their account
  • Take the initiative to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Recognize, research, and deliver solutions to clients with your keen problem solving skills
  • Build relationships with clients to establish trust and drive retention
  • Increase client awareness of Payentry services and applicable payroll regulations


  • 1 year of experience data entry, payroll or accounting experience required
  • Must be able to work independently as well as closely with team members.

Customer Service Representative - Auburn, NY

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to play a pivotal role in helping us to provide excellent customer service to our growing payroll client base in our Auburn office.

Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist will act as a client liaison, provide product/services information and on- going product training to clients on our Payentry Payroll product. They will answer incoming customer calls regarding product problems, service questions, and general client concerns.

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving payroll and human resource products and services.
  • Answer customer phone calls, questions, and concerns.
  • Provide information about our products and services to clients through internet based GoToMeetings.
  • Responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information while building a long lasting relationship.
  • Assist our pack out team with preparing payrolls to be delivered to clients. This involves stuffing and sealing checks and vouchers and preparing them for delivery with either US Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Drive to Post Office, Cases Unlimited or UPS drop off box as needed to make sure payrolls are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Be able to process payrolls using our Payentry software in-house for some of our clients.


  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or payroll preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Working knowledge of basic math, Microsoft Office, and MRP applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Work well with all team members
