Payentry Professional is a cloud-based payroll system which provides anytime access to customized employee data, payroll processing, and reports allowing you to manage payroll when it best fits your schedule. Payroll is administered quickly and reviewed prior to processing, where expenses such as wages, taxes, and deductions are instantly calculated. For clients interested in Pay-As-You-Go Workers' Compensation*, insurance premiums for your policy are withdrawn directly from your bank account when you process payroll.

In 2018 Payentry Professional users will be upgraded to Payentry Next Gen, an update which has been designed and programmed over the last several months based on feedback from existing Payentry users. We’ve compiled their requests for system improvements and built in workflow enhancements that will improve the user’s experience, while maintaining the same logical rules and security settings embedded in our existing structure.

The company dashboard will be a useful interface where users can quickly navigate to frequently accessed areas of the system. Users will be able to drill down and see specific information that is of interest to them throughout the company dashboard screen.
