Senior Human Resource Consultant
Mr. Sabol is a leader with significant senior-level experience impacting performance through professional and organizational development, change management, cultivation and advancement of organizational objectives.
His expertise is in synthesizing administration, management and operations disciplines to meet organizational requirements and in aligning goals with organizational values and visions. Mr. Sabol promotes excellence and motivates employees toward top level organizational objectives.
His responsibilities at HR One include analysis of human resource best practices, wage and salary administration, development of employee handbooks, performance appraisal systems, job descriptions, one-on-one mentorship, and team training.
Mr. Sabol has been nationally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society of Human Resource Management. As a Human Resources Consultant, he has extensive experience in the areas of human resource planning, employee relations, performance management, employment regulation compliance, benefit plan design, recruitment and training.
Prior to joining HR One, Mr. Sabol consulted with Simmons Recovery Consulting, a national consulting firm providing municipalities and not-for-profit organizations with highly specialized expertise in the areas of FEMA Public Assistance disaster recovery.
Preceding that role, Mr. Sabol served as the Director of Human Resources with Southeast Works, as well as Chief Human Resource Officer at Destiny USA, leading all aspects of the human resource function company-wide.
Additional roles included: President/COO, Cryomech, Inc.; Vice President, Business Development, Pathfinders CTS; Vice President, HR, CABLExpress Technologies; Manager, Human Resources, Syracuse Research Corporation; and Director, Human Resources, Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Sabol is a graduate of Bowling Green University with a Master’s Degree in Administration.
