Jason has extensive experience as a consultant for employers of all sizes. His expertise includes analysis of human resource best practices; wage and salary administration; development of employee handbooks, performance appraisal systems, job descriptions; one-on-one mentorship and team training
Jason has been nationally certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society of Human Resource Management. As a Human Resources Consultant, he has extensive experience in the areas of human resource planning, employee relations, performance management, employment regulation compliance, benefit plan design, recruitment and training.
Prior to joining HR One, Jason consulted with Fortune 500 accounts as Regional Manager for both Symantec and WebTrends Corporations. His primary functions included reviewing strategic business plans and designing return on investment documentation.
In 2007, Jason was approved as a Continuing Education Instructor by the New York State Insurance Department. His instruction includes insurance continuing education courses relating to HR risks and exposures.
Jason’s achievements include the 2005 CNY Sales & Marketing Executives Distinguished Sales & Marketing Award; in 2012 Jason was honored as a 40 Under Forty recipient for his professional success and community involvement; in the same year he was voted valedictorian of the US Small Business Administration e200 graduating class.
Jason has been a member of the Syracuse Executives Association for many years and actively serves on the Board of the New York Family Business Center.
Jason is a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics. His coursework included study in all aspects of commerce in private and public sectors, as well as not-for-profits.
