Danielle’s work experience includes Human Resource Administrator for ESCO Turbine Technologies/CPP, Human Resources Assistant Intern for Eric Mower and Associates, and Training and Development Manager for Pascale Wine Bar and Restaurant.
Danielle's HR responsibilities included recruiting, new employee orientation, HR records management, compliance with federal and state employment regulations, and employee training and development.
As a member of our internal HR Consulting Team, Danielle is responsible for providing clients with managed separations including: unemployment claims processing, hearing representation, appeals, communications, corrective discipline, compliance, and training for client’s staff on unemployment regulations and separation documentation.
Danielle holds an Associate of Occupational Studies in Human Resource Management from Bryant and Stratton and is currently completing her B.S. in Human Resource Management at SUNY Oswego. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
